We make sure to get orders out the door as quickly as possible (any item that is "in stock” will ship within 2-5 business days, if not sooner). Once your order is prepared to ship, our system will automatically populate a tracking number and email you a notification. Our small business team is doing our very best to process and ship your orders as soon as possible. However, we are operating to comply with the heightened safety precautions recommended by the CDC and CO state guidelines. With that being said, returns // refunds are being handled on a case-by-case basis and we appreciate your flexibility in navigating this new "normal". Yup! As soon as our system populates the shipping label, you will receive a notification with your tracking number via UPS or USPS.

Returns are easy — simply email a brief description of the issue to firstname.lastname@example.org (a photo is helpful too). We will have a team member take a look at your unique situation and follow-up with next steps within 1-2 business days.
Returns / refunds are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase (original packaging must be intact). Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be issued and note that some banks might require more time to process / post / credit the transaction.
