We started TVLA in 2017 from a desire to apply innovative design ideas to standard yoga industry accessories. Our brand had humble beginnings, and we owe so much to our customers (like you) for helping us continue to improve and do what we love. So here’s to you – thank you for choosing TVLA as part of your wellness journey. We wish you health and happiness in this next year and beyond!
All inquiries can be emailed to info@tvlashop.com and will be responded to between 9:00am - NOON MST Monday - Friday (please allow up to 48 hours from your initial inquiry. We are a small, but mighty Colorado team).
WHAT IS THE "TVLA FUND"?
*HIGH FIVE* a portion of your purchase is donated to the Boulder Humane Society monthly to support furry friends getting adopted. Plus, every custom Align[MAT] is laser engraved by hand courtesy of Steven Newman Art (our favorite local Colorado artist).
SHIPPING/ ORDER UPDATES:
We make sure to get orders out the door as quickly as possible (any item that is "in stock” will ship within 2-5 business days, typically sooner). Once your order is prepared to ship, our system will automatically populate a tracking number and email you a notification. If you need to add products, update your shipping address, or cancel your order — please email info@tvlashop.com within 30 minutes of your order. After that 30 minute window expires - we are unable to change anything in our system.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Yup! As soon as our system populates the shipping label, you will receive a notification with your tracking number via UPS or USPS.
WARRANTY:
Your TVLA Align[MAT] is guaranteed to be free from any manufacturer’s defect for two weeks from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage caused by accident or improper storage, misuse, neglect, or failed cleaning attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made on sale items or third party retailers.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns / refunds are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase (original packaging must be intact). You must reach out to info@tvlashop.com to confirm return details. We are not responsible for return shipping fees. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be issued once product is received and restocked. Note that some banks might require more time to process / post / credit the transaction.
SIMPLE CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
[1] Spot Clean Only. Simply wipe down with a clean, damp washcloth.
[2] Completely Air Dry after EACH use. Avoid placing in direct sunlight. Do not
store in vehicle.
[3] NO mat cleaners, essential oils, scented soaps, or white vinegar. *do not
hose down, shower rinse, or submerge in water*
